Olly Murs wanted to be nominated for Best Male at the Brits

'Heart On My Sleeve' hitmaker Olly Murs would like to have been included in the British Male category at this year’s Brits.

Murs' inex­plic­ably amazing 'Heart Skips A Beat' has been nominated for Best Single but the hat-botherer remarked to The Daily Star:  “I would have liked to have been up for British Male.”

Although Murs wouldn't have fancied his chances of winning anyway, pre­dict­ing Noel Gallagher will take the gong.

Despite men­tion­ing his numerous hits and huges sales Murs said: “I always feel like the underdog and have to prove myself to everyone.”
