will.i.am and David Guetta will be DJing together in a big room next month

  • May 23, 2012
  • Brad O'Mance

Olympic torch carrier will.i.am will join the clubiquitous David Guetta for a back-to-back DJ show thing at Alexandra Palace on Saturday June 2.

The pair have played some songs together before, but never in the UK, so that will be a lovely treat for everyone.

By the looks of the  breathless quote included on the press release, Guetta's pretty excited about it all. "Working with will changed my life; he's such a great person and a true friend," it starts. "He's an alien! A genius!"

"We share the same passions," he continues. "When we play together its us sparking off each other — and for the first time ever, the UK can see it live. We're both competitive on the decks, so expect a battle — of brothers!"

OH CHRIST.

Tickets are on sale now from here.
