The Origibabes have signed a £1m record contract with Polydor according to The Sun.
"They've been working on new material all year with some high-profile songwriters and producers," reports an 'industry insider'.
The 'source' added: "This is a huge sign the industry thinks they've still got it."
The Sun are also reporting that Siobhan, Keisha and Mutya will not be allowed to go by their original name and will have to 'brainstorm' — and agree upon — a new one.
