Robyn's not really been thinking about her next album yet

  • June 7, 2012
  • Sam Hine

Robyn hasn't paid too much thought to her new album just yet.

In a Swedish interview with Rodeo, the also-Swedish Robyn responded that she hadn't thought "in a concrete way" with regards to her next album.

Woolly expression aside, Robyn did however tease her thought process, revealing: "If I think about what I've built my songwriting on it's the things you can dance to and beautiful melodies. And that's still going to be the most important building blocks: beats and melodies."

The interview took place backstage at the Coldplay Emirates 'gig' and Robyn took her opportunity to reassure us all that "[she's] not going to be pulled into all of this – arena music".

Wonderful.
