According to some trusted sources with connections at Billboard, Katy Perry will indeed be singing some songs at next February's Super Bowl halftime thing.
Rumours first started circulating in August that either Coldplay, Rihanna or the 'This Is How We Do' hitmaker were in the running for the coveted excuse to air a medley and it seems Perry was victorious.
Mind you, there's no word from the NFL as to whether any of this is true and Billboard don't even bother to make up some quotes about what the source said etc so who knows.
