David Sneddon has written some songs for Matt Cardle

  • August 30, 2011
  • Brad O'Mance

Matt Cardle has enlisted the songwriting skills of David Sneddon for his debut album.

'Letters', which is due for release on October 17, will feature tracks co-written by the Fame Academy winner and will follow the first single, 'Run For Your Life'.

Before you start sneering and labelling people 'flops' here, there and everywhere, bear in mind that Sneddon was of course responsible for co-writing tracks on Hurts' 'Happiness' — including certified corker 'Illuminated'.

'Run For Your Life' was written by a certain Gary Barlow, a man who seems to excrete songs in his sleep.
