Christina Aguilera and Michael Bublé are both going to sing some Christmas songs on an album

  • August 7, 2012
  • Brad O'Mance

Christina Aguilera and Michael Bublé will both appear on the latest series of the A Very Special Christmas compilation albums it's been announced.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the series, which raises money for the Special Olympics, there will be two collections of Christmas-themed covers, one called 'A Very Special Christmas 25th Anniversary' and the other 'A Very Special Christmas: Bringing Peace On Earth'.

Other 'artists' involved include Train, Jason Mraz and Amy Grant (!). Both albums are released on October 16.

It's not clear who will appear on which album and who is singing what, but we reckon Christina might bludgeon a delicate ballad to death in the name of the 'festive period'.
