We just can't understand why Kylie's 'All I See' wasn't a US hit.

Looking at the hundreds of thousands of pounds spent on the video (above), it is a shame Kylie's comeback in America hasn't exactly gone according to plan. It's hard to see what the problem is, really.

What could possibly have gone wrong with the label ignoring the fact that her last breakthrough US hit was 'Can't Get You Out Of My Head', which sounded like nothing else in the US charts, and picking pleasant but hardly world class R&B 'jam' 'All I See' as the lead single from 'X'? Surely American music fans weren't patronised by the hamfisted insertion of some half-arsed rentarapper? Why weren't they flattered to be presented with a watered down version of something their own stars can do with their eyes shut?

A mystery.
