A question about Rihanna.

Do you ever look at Rihanna — like at this clip of her performing Madonna's 'Vogue' at Fashion Rocks — and wonder to yourself whether she actually has any idea what's happening around her?

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYBSbTM8_Aw

Sometimes she just looks a bit absent minded. Put it this way — would you trust Rihanna to remember to lock the back door when she left the house? Even though she knows Philip and Claire round the corner were burgled last month?

Right. Imagine this. You and Rihanna are in a cab on the way to the airport. You are looking forward to a nice holiday. You say to Rihanna, "did you remember to lock the back door like I asked". "Yes," she says.

Do you continue on your journey to the airport and enjoy a relaxing week in the sun? Do you? Do you really manage to relax for an entire seven days knowing FOR SURE that Rihanna has locked the back door (and put the keys out of sight in the cutlery drawer)? DO YOU TRUST RIHANNA. The answer is no. You turn the taxi around.

You arrive home and find the back door wide open. Rihanna has also left the iron on.
