Attention Hallmark: Lady Gaga fans have declared Tuesday December 20 'Marry The Night Download Day'.
Fans across the world hope to "make 'Marry The Night' another smash hit for Gaga" by organising a simultaneous mass-download of the track on the date at 4pm local time in each country. A Facebook event encouraging the drive has over 20,000 invitees.
The event coincides with the release of the 'Marry The Night: The Remixes EP' which includes retwiddles from Sidney Samson and Afrojack.
'Marry The Night' peaked at Number 16 in the UK singles chart when it was first made available on November 15.
James Germanotta (possibly not his real name) posted on the Facebook page: "I hope it goes up on the UK chart :/ her last number one here was telephone. Makes me ashamed to be British! [sic]"
