JLS were beaten (by Michael Bublé) to the top of the album charts

  • November 21, 2011
  • Brad O'Mance

JLS' third album 'Jukebox' stalled just 569 copies behind Michael Bublé's 'Christmas' in the album charts.

According to Music Week: ''It's the smallest margin of victory, ironically, since Bublé's Crazy Love was denied a return to number one in June 2010, when its tally of 27,094 sales was 160 fewer than Jack Johnson's debuting To The Sea."

What an exciting week in the album chart that must have been.

As for JLS, ‘Jukebox’ saw their first week sales suffer in comparison to their self-titled album's debut of 239,643, and last year’s ‘Outta This World’, which sold 152,473 copies.

Their single 'Take A Chance On Me' also suffered a 2–8 drop to round off a slightly disappointing chart week for the group.
