Pitbull's hosting the American Music Awards in a few weeks' time

  • November 6, 2013
  • Brad O'Mance

pitbullModern day Hugh Hefner Pitbull will host the American Music Awards, it's been announced.

The 'Oye, Bacardi, Oh' hitmaker will also perform his current single 'Timber', which of course features vocals from record company slave Ke$ha.

"I am truly honored [HE MEANS HONOURED] to be hosting the 2013 American Music Awards," Pitbull mused in a press statement. "The night is only about one thing fun! So buckle [HE MEANS BUCKLE UP IN THE METAPHORICAL SENSE RATHER THAN LITERALLY COLLAPSE IN A HEAP] and get ready. Dále!"

Dále indeed!

The American Music Awards take place on November 24, so mark your calendars accordingly.
