The 'Befour' hitmaker is up for Choice Male Artist (alongside Bieber), Choice Song: Male Artist for 'Pillowtalk' and, of course, Choice Hottie.
Actually Selena and Justin are in those same categories, although Selena is in the female versions of the latter two, obviously.
