Two of Army of Lovers have formed a duo

  • June 29, 2011
  • Brad O'Mance

The two ladies from legendary Swedish pop group Army of Lovers have got back together for a new single.

Dominika and La Camilla played a memorable part in the sound and image of the iconic 90s and 80s act, and the single, titled ‘Don’t Try To Steal My Limelight’, has been recorded with Swedish drag artist Miss Inga.

It was released in Sweden on Monday, with the video to premiere on Friday.

Speaking to Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet, Dominika said: “I knew that if I was going to do this, Camilla should be involved too. We are almost like a family. She agreed immediately."

La Camilla recently made headlines in Scandinavia after a rumoured affair with the King of Sweden wasn't outrightly denied by either party.
