Some singers of song are getting stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame next year

  • June 25, 2012
  • Brad O'Mance

The Backstreet Boys, Jennifer Hudson, New Kids On The Block and Usher will all receive a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame next year, it's been announced.

"I feel like Lebron James and we just won the NBA title…finally!! We have been accepted for a star on the Hollywood walk of fame! AMAZING!" Nick Carter shouted on Twitter.

New Kids On The Block, meanwhile, were a little more polite about it all: "A Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2013? YES PLEASE!"

Mind you, perhaps they're not aware of the fact that by accepting the honour they now have to pay $30,000 to keep the star clean.
