Rizzle Kicks accept that they wouldn't be where they are today without Olly Murs

  • April 13, 2012
  • Mikey

Rizzle Kicks think their collaboration with Olly Murs wasn't the coolest thing to do but are grateful anyway.

"I could release a hardcore banger now and try to impress those people [who thought 'Heart Skips A Beat' was "hip-hop suicide"]," Jordan (on the left) told UKHH.com. "It just wouldn't be me though."

The Rizzle Kick explained that the perpetual hat/TV show/Mollie King botherer gave them a bit of a career boost.

"Without that tune with Olly, we wouldn’t be in the position we are in making this second album," he noted.
