Rebecca Ferguson was happy to do a song for Downton Abbey despite not having seen it

  • September 15, 2012
  • Sam Hine

'Fairytale (Let Me Live My Life This Way)' Chanteuse Rebecca Ferguson has said a few things about 'I'll Count The Days', the song she recorded for Downton Abbey.

"When I went to record it," she begins (as quoted here), "I was just so moved by it and then they told me the story of the characters involved and how it would fit in. I just thought it was really cute and I'm so happy to have been asked to do it."

"I am really into period dramas," she continues, "and I've got the box sets for series one and two but I just haven't got round to watching them yet."

Incredible.

"I honestly don't get to watch much television," Rebecca then added, but she did note that "I do watch the odd thing, and I love the Kardashians, they're just so glamorous and funny as well".

Look Fergo if you want glamour and fun just drop by the Popjustice office on a Wednesday morning and FILL YOUR BOOTS.
