One Direction, Psy and Carly Rae all did well at France's NRJ Awards this weekend

Gangnam StyleOne Direction and Psy were the big successes at France's NRJ Music Awards this weekend.

Psy won three awards at the event in Cannes, including International Song Of The Year, Video Of The Year and the French radio station's NRJ Award Of Honour.

One Direction were awarded Best International Group and also performed 'Kiss You' at the ceremony.

Bruno Mars and Rihanna were named Best International Male and Female Artist Of The Year respect­ively, and Carly Rae Jepsen won the prize for International Breakthrough Of The Year.

Taylor Swift performed at the event, which was also attended by Ed Sheeran and included a surprise appear­ance by notorious recluse Emeli Sandé.
