Olly Murs and lots of other popstars are performing at Alton Towers this summer

Olly-MursDeep breath: Olly Murs, Rizzle Kicks, Labrinth, Little Mix, Conor Maynard, James Arthur, Stooshe and Union J will all be per­form­ing some songs at the Alton Towers Live festival thing this summer.

Controversially it all takes place at the Alton Towers theme park on July 6, with tickets starting at a pricey-but-reasonable-if-it-includes-rides-and-no-we-don't‑mean-Olly £55.

Tickets go on sale on Friday at 9am, so probably best to set an alarm of some kind.
