Noah Cyrus' new single, 'Make Me (Cry)', is now on the www

As hinted at the other day, 'Ponyo Theme Song' hitmaker Noah Cyrus has decided to become a popstar and to cement that fact she's released a pop song. It's called 'Make Me (Cry)' and features Labrinth.
