Marina & The Diamonds has said goodbye to Electra Heart with a new video and song

Marina & The Diamonds has killed off Electra Heart with one final video and a tweet saying goodbye.

"Goodbye, Electra Heart !" she tweeted to confirm Heart's death having already posted a link to Part 11 of her video odyssey, which includes a newish track 'Electra Heart', and a com­pil­a­tion of all the videos from the 'era'.

The video ends with her smudging the heart on her cheek, which is big on symbolism in case you haven't been paying attention.

RIP Electra Heart, you were occa­sion­ally a bit confusing but it turned out alright in the end.
