Look, you never know, Sophie Ellis-Bextor might go back to dance music after all

  • July 14, 2014
  • Brad O'Mance

SophieSophie Ellis-Bextor's 'taken to Twitter' to clarify her controversialish comments about not wanting to make another dance album.

Basically, she might do one in the future but who knows really.

"Some folk getting all confused about a recent interview I gave where I said I wasn't sure I'd make an out and out dance music album again," she mused.

"It is entirely possible that I make more dance music. It is entirely possible I have disco on future albums."

She continued: "Given the sound of 'Wanderlust', though, I just think each album informs the next and so a fully dance album would be a bit odd now I think."

Fair enough. Mind you, another 'Heartbreak Make Me A Dancer' would be nice, wouldn't it.
