Little Mix have cancelled the US leg of their Salute tour. Often, tours are cancelled due to poor ticket sales, but that is not the case here. Instead, Little Mix say they have cancelled their tour so they can focus on writing and recording their third album.
In a brief blog post on their official website under the heading Important Message For Our US Mixers, the 'girls' gave the following statement:
"As a group we decided that creating an amazing 3rd album had to take priority. We're so sorry to all the Mixers who bought tickets to come and see the show. As soon as the album is finished, we promise to make plans to return to the US and perform for you all."
As you can see from the general reaction underneath the post, the decision hasn't exactly gone down well with the 'Mixers'.
