Keane, Emeli Sandé and Plan B all won some posh bookends at the Q Awards

  • October 23, 2012
  • Brad O'Mance

Various vaguely pop people have won 'gongs' at the Q Awards this afternoon.

Full-time controversialists Keane 'scooped' the Best Video award for 'Disconnected', while TV mainstay Emeli Sandé walked away with the Best Solo Artist award.

Plan B's 'Ill Manors' was awarded Best Track, while Mutya Keisha Siobhan awarded Brandon Flowers the Q Idol award, which was nice of them.

There was also another special award, the Q Hero Award, which went to Girls Aloud guitarist Johnny Marr.
