Katy Perry has released a third version of ‘The One That Got Away’ in her increasingly obsessive bid to beat the record of most Billboard Number Ones from any single album.
The new acoustic cut of ‘The One That Got Away’ follows the original version’s October release (peaking at Number 4) and the ‘remix’ featuring a new bit by B.o.B. (Number 3).
In response to the single slipping three places, Perry tweeted yesterday: "Special surprise 4U on iTunes! The amazing Jon Brion & I put a little ACOUSTIC spin on #the1thatgotaway Hope you like!"
