Charli XCX would quite like to record her next album in France

  • June 20, 2013
  • Brad O'Mance

CharliGloompop exponent Charli XCX has already started writing songs for her second album and would quite like to record them in France.

"I am starting to write the second album," she confirmed to Billboard in a blaze of hyperbole.

And while the actual songwriting bit doesn't seem to be bothering her, where she'd like to 'lay down' the tracks is causing her some problems.

"Two months ago, I wanted to go to India and record it, and now I want to record it in France," she mused. "So I feel like nothing is definite — like, I feel very all-over-the-place at the moment."

:(

"But at the moment, my heart's set on going to France and recording it, but that was different two months ago, so who knows what's going to happen?"

Very true Charli.
