Billboard have decided Justin Bieber is — bloody hell — 'Music's Hottest Minor'

Justin Bieber is Music's Hottest Minor according to Billboard.

Topping their annual list of the 21 most suc­cess­ful 'artists' under the age of 21 for the second year running, Bieber finishes on top of One Direction who enter in the Number 2 slot.

Demi Lovato is at Number 3, like a third-place skyyyyyscraaaaapeeeeeer.

Elsewhere on the not-very-sci­entific list, Selena Gomez is at Number 6, Cher Lloyd is at Number 8 and Madeon is at 19.
