Avicii is playing The O2

"Swedish icon" Avicii has announced that he's to play The O2 this summer in a modest press release.

The DJ who "has arrived at nothing less than God status" will play all his (and Leona's) hits on June 4, on "the most important weekend of the year — our Queen's forth­com­ing diamond Jubilee."

What a fitting way to mark the occasion.

Avicii's live show promises a "surprise pro­duc­tion that is quite simply out of this world", but sadly ticket details for the event are yet to be announced.
