According to TMZ, Britney Spears is going to be announcing her Las Vegas residency thing later today with a performance in the middle of the Mojave desert.
As reported here, 1,350 guests will be bused in, while the 'Ooh La La' hitmaker herself will arrive via helicopter.
There will then be a bit of a singsong before, we are led to assume, her residency at the Planet Hollywood arena thing will be announced.
The whole thing is happening at 4am PT, which is about midday GMT, so not too long to wait really.
As discovered by MuuMuse, there's a new picture of Britney in her Las Vegas get-up on Ticketmaster's website, although no dates have been listed as yet.
