Amelia Lily is very happy with the way things are going so far

  • February 29, 2012
  • Brad O'Mance

Amelia Lily says she feels like the "luckiest person in the world".

Talking to Gazette Live about life 'on the road' with The X Factor, the 'Show Must Go On' hitmaker said: "It’s hectic and tiring, but touring, that’s the life I want to lead. I’ve been given this opportunity I want to grab it with both hands."

Continuing to sound more than a little bit overwhelmed, she added: "It’s amazing, absolutely unbelievable. I’m 17, I should be in college but I’m performing in arenas where top artists like Beyonce have performed."

She also went on to say that she's also been recording with "some amazing people, people that I never dreamt of working with".

Lily recently signed to Xenomania's label imprint, so that's all very exciting.
