A handful of new Gwen Stefani songs have been registered

  • December 24, 2014

Gwen Stefani

Five new Gwen Stefani songs — including two co-written by Charli XCX — have been registered with the BMI, which is vaguely exciting news.

According to Hidden Jams, 'Hard 2 Love' and 'Hell Yeah Baby' were both written by Charli alongside Benny Blanco, Magnus Hoeiberg (ie Cashmere Cat), Passion Pit's Michael Angelakos and Aryn Wüthrich, aka 'OctaHate' hitmaker Ryn Weaver.

Other songs registered include another Benny Blanco co-write in the shape of 'Ziplock', a duet with Miguel called 'Overdose' and a possible collaboration with Shakira (!) called 'Confection'.

So there we have it; some song titles that may or may not refer to songs that will possibly be on the new Gwen Stefani album.
