The olden days: they were brilliant

  • June 10, 2008

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aiaB8JdlZKg

The past is very now, isn't it. What with the Solange video and the Zutons video and the Mystery Jets video and the whole Duffy thing and so on and on and on. Palladium's new video (above) features the band pretending to be on old TV show. The reason this is really interesting is that Palladium sound a bit like a band from the olden days, and so in having a video set in the olden days are saying "you know we sound a bit like a band from the olden days. We know we sound a bit like a band from the olden days. You know we know we sound a bit like a band from the olden days. We know you know we know we sound a bit like a band from the olden days. It's all terribly clever".

5/10.
