Let's see what's happening in this photograph of Stooshe

COURTNEY BRANDISHING A MELON
A melon!  But she also has a tattoo. She's a walking contradiction — but that's what makes her so fascinating.

KARIS SIPPING A COCKTAIL
It's probably booze. They're grown-ups! In case you have forgotten, Stooshe are the sort of girlband ADULTS  can like, because that is what it says in their press releases and therefore what is invariably written about them in magazines, which is then quoted in press releases to ensure it is written in even more magazines. Did you know they told Simon Cowell to fuck off? Has that been mentioned anywhere? We simply cannot recall.

ALEX HOLDING HER SUNGLASSES
She didn't get a prop, unfortunately. It's always sad when people don't get props in press shots, although at least there is only one member of Stooshe without something to do. Examine, please, our favourite 'tell the pop band to touch something in a really spontaneous way' promo shot of the last few years:

"JUST ACT NATURAL!!!"

NOT MUCH IN THE WAY OF GURNING
The nearest here is Courtney's mouth being open in an exciting way. This is good news.

AN ASSORTMENT OF BRIGHT COLOURS
Don't worry that the new single is a ballad, this lot are still exciting and interesting. They have not gone all serious on you although as those of you who heard 'Betty Woz Gone' already know they are not afraid of exploring issuezzzzz.

We'll be honest readers this hasn't turned out to be as interesting or funny as we thought it was going to be but the Cover Drive bit is good so we're hitting publish anyway.

Have a look at the 'Black Heart' video if you haven't seen it yet — the acting's not up to much but the song's a good one.
