Adele isn't taking five years off

'Quite suc­cess­ful' chanteuse Adele has laughed off reports that she will be taking five years off before recording her next album.

Despite a recent US Vogue story where she talked about having a break from the spotlight Adele used her blog to clear up any confusion.

Pointing out that after a few day’s rest she’s attending the Brits and working on new songs Adele remarked “BOYYAHH! 5 years? More like 5 days?”.

“BOYYAHH!” indeed.
