Rihanna's 'Birthday Cake' producers have spoken about its release

Rihanna's 'Birthday Cake' makers DaInterns have promised the full version of the 'Talk That Talk' interlude will be out this week.

The pro­duc­tion duo say they were initially "pissed off" that the short 'edit' was used on the album, calling it "a cupcake, not 'Birthday Cake'" and demanded "they have to put this out as a single".

Luckily fans felt the same, with DaInterns saying Twitter pressure has forced the release of the complete cut.

The pair said there would be a "very, very, very important col­lab­or­a­tion", but wouldn't confirm rumours of Christina Aguilera's involve­ment, simply telling Front Row Features "one of the wow moments of the year — this will be it".
