The 2012 Juno award nominations have been revealed, with rap-crooner Drake and indie 'chanteuse' Feist leading the nominations, reports the BBC.
The awards, considered by some (mainly the Canadians) to be the Canadian Brits, see multiple nominations for Drake, Feist, Justin Bieber and Michael Bublé, with Drake and Bieber also slugging it out with Avril Lavigne for Album of the Year.
The omens are poor for Drake, who came away from hosting the 2011 ceremony empty handed despite being nominated in multiple categories.
William Shatner will administer the envelope opening thing in Ottawa on April 1.
