Natalia Kills has discussed her rather unique fitness regime.
In a chat with Celebuzz, Natalia was asked "do you have a specific exercise or diet that you follow to look so good?"
A fairly standard question we think you'll agree. Natalia replied: "Sex and shopping."
That's right. Natalia rumpoes herself fit.
When asked what she does to make her feel better on bad days, she replied: "I usually either write a song about it or smash his car."
Bloody hell.
