Justin Bieber has made it onto Time magazine's prestigious list of the 100 most influential people.
The 17-year-old makes the list alongside everyone from Prince William to Oprah Winfrey to, er, Sting.
Bieber's achievements thus far are outlined in a gushing essay by friend and mentor, Usher, who states: "From the minute I met Justin, I knew this kid possessed a certain confidence that only a star could have."
He goes on to say that Bieber was "born a star" and that "the reality of who he is and what he's accomplished far exceeds anybody's expectations of him."
