There was a story in The Star last week — 'X Factor's Leon Wants Kylie' — which was all about Leon wanting to duet with Kylie when she goes on tour. The pair had previously sung together on X Factor.
Yes, we know how it works. A journalist says to you 'would you like to duet with Kylie again on her tour?'. You say yes, because, well, it would be quite nice. It's just that in this instance, with this huge Fame Canyon between Leon and Kylie, it seems a bit sad. We wonder whether one day someone in Leon's position will say, 'no, the only reason that came up in the first place was that Kylie was trying to flog her album on primetime telly and I don't think she would be remotely interested in sharing a stage with me again'.
Poor Leon Jackson. :(
