Naughty Boy's hinted that the new Britney Spears single could be out in the next few weeks.
Having a chat to Digital Spy, the Susan Boyle collaborator said of the 'sessions': "It was William Orbit who approached me to work on it and he is involved in the album. I'm just really excited about working with him as well as Britney."
He then added: "It's not out for another couple of weeks, but we've just started working on tracks for her until the studio session."
It's all a bit confusing as he sort of says it's coming soon, but then says they haven't been in the studio yet. Maybe he's talking about different songs. We'll find out soon enough though. Or not very soon, depending on how it pans out.
He also had this to say about Britney's influence over the pop landscape in general: "Britney is one of the only few who can really change the pop scene with what she does. Those are the things that excite me; what can you do with popular culture?"
That's a good way of looking at things isn't it.
