Dragonette — 'Body To Body' (acoustic)

  • July 24, 2017
  • Popjustice

As regular readers know Popjustice runs a very strict policy on acoustic videos, and it's a policy best summarised in one emoji: ?. But if you can't make an exception for one of the most exceptional bands of the 21st Century, what's the point?

What's the point in any of this thing we call life if the glory of Dragonette doesn't lie at the very heart of all major decision-making?

Here we find Martina at an "old joanna" (rhyming slang for keyboard) bashing through 'Body To Body', a song which is one of around twelve standout tracks on the band's most recent album, whose proper video is 'quite the watch' and whose lyric video is, like some of the very best pieces of audiovisual content, blocked in the UK on copyright grounds.
