will.i.am nearly fell out of a plane

  • December 1, 2011
  • Brad O'Mance

will.i.am was involved in a bit of travel hassle yesterday.

The plane he boarded in Hong Kong was about to take off when the pilot realised that the cargo door was open, and kept the flight grounded. will.i.am — with the greatest respect to airline regulations regarding mobile phones — tweeted about the action.

"The pilot said the cargo door was left open & they realized just seconds B4 (before) lift off.." explained the ellipsis enthusiast. "All safe now…about to fly.….. this pilot should (be) applauded and celebrated…he kept us safe…"

Imagine if will.i.am had been sucked off in mid-air.
