Well according to some French website it could be.

Oh and that's basically her saying that this new album will be pop and more fun and that she's already chosen a single she has to re-record. As far as we can tell, none of those words are French for either 'CHAD' or 'KROEGER' so we may be safe.
LA Reid has apparently executively produced the album, which is encouraging as he did the same on 'Let Go'.
