Rihanna likes her new album, but won't confirm its release

  • November 13, 2014
  • Brad O'Mance

RihannaSemi-retired popstar Rihanna's confirmed that new music does exist but still won't confirm when we might be able to hear it.

Having a chat with fans at some sort of meet and greet thing, probably to do with her new 'scent' because that's what's important in Q4, the 'What Now' hitmaker said the following things (as quoted here):

"I can't give you any hints of when it will drop. It's going to be great, that's all I'm going to tell you and I'm excited about it."

Bloody hell Rihanna. Help us out here.

But there's more!

"I try to battle myself and outdo everything I've done and that's been the hardest thing to do," she added. "You start overthinking things at times."

Asked to comment on whether the album would be another November release, she said: "I can't wait for everybody to hear [the music] little by little… Little by little. I can't wait."

We're not sure what 'little by little' means but bear in mind that a 3:30 pop song would allow for 210 different one-second teasers, so we could be in for a long campaign.
