Rihanna and The Weeknd have apparently been approached about a Prince Grammys tribute

  • January 10, 2017

Rihanna

According to a source with strangely well-placed contacts at Billboard, Rihanna, The Weeknd and Bruno Mars have all been "discussed or approached" regarding a Prince tribute at next month's Grammys.

To be honest there's not much else to say about all that, but it's a nice thing that may or may not be happening and sometimes you've just got to cling to the possibility of a nice thing possibly happening.

The same source is also saying that a deal has almost been 'struck' regarding popping Prince's back catalogue on all streaming sites and not just Tidal, with some sort of advert running during the Grammys to announce it all.

So, basically, there are some things possibly happening to do with Prince.
