Rap/Pop/Hip-Hop straddler Nicki Minaj has signed up to endorse a brand new Pepsi beverage called Pop.

Minaj reportedly filmed the advert for Pop in South America in February (apparently this is it) and will earn a "seven-figure" sum as the face of the brand when in launches "probably in the next two months", according to Forbes magazine.

A Pepsi marketing big wig told the publication: "That’ll be a segue into a new beverage Pepsi has, called ‘Pop,’ and [Nicki]’ll be the face of the brand…it’s going to be explosive."

Nicki's Young Money Cash Money boss Lil Wayne recently signed up with Pepsi to be the gurning face of their DEWeezy Mountain Dew campaign.
