Labrinth and Emeli Sandé are Number One on the UK singles chart, while Taylor's top of the album one

  • October 29, 2012
  • Brad O'Mance

Labrinth has 'scored' his first UK Number One single with the grammatically adventurous 'Beneath Your Beautiful', which of course features Emeli Sandé.

The song shifted a fairly impressive 108,000 copies to knock Calvin and Florence down to Number 3, with Swedish House Mafia at a non-mover at Number 2.

Other new entries came from JLS at Number 6 with 'Hottest Girl In The World' and  Emeli Sandé also appears again at Number 10 with 'Wonder', her collaboration with Naughty Boy.

On the album chart, good old Taylor Swift enters at Number One with 'Red', keeping Emeli Sandé (BLOODY HELL) off the top spot.

Meanwhile, Lawson's 'Chapman Square' enters at Number 4, while cry-baby Dappy can only muster a new entry at Number 6.

You can see the full charts here and here if you like.
