Wanted criminal Justin Bieber has absconded to Europe to play some secret shows.
Ahead of his arrival in Norway where authorities believe he is currently located, Justin tweeted: "ok. going to board. OFF TO EUROPE! PHASE 1 of operation secret concerts! lol. OSLO first stop. See u soon.…"
Operation Secret Concerts is so secretive that that's the first we've heard of it really and we're not sure when and where the concerts will be. Presumably that's all part of the plan to evade Interpol but it doesn't really help out 'the fans', Justin.
Let's just hope for Justin's sake the FBI don't listen to Capital.
