In an interview with AOL Music, Jordin Sparks has revealed some of the inspirations behind her new Ryan Tedder-produced single, 'I Am Woman'.
The song is apparently about the "different aspects of the lives of women" and about how they can "multitask and carry so much". In summary, it's about "the amazingness of a woman".
When asked who her female role models are she cited Gwen Stefani as a big influence, not least for her make-up choices. "I love how she rocks that red lipstick no matter where she goes" she said.
She also revealed that her forthcoming third album would include collaborations with John Legend and 'No Air' hitmakers the Underdogs.
