Jennifer Lopez has commented on the rumours that she was due to replace good friend Mariah Carey on American Idol midway through this 'season' (series).
"Erm…I don't have much to say about that right now," she elaborated to someone from Extra.
We'll take that as a yes.
The interrogator then asked if she might be coming back next 'season' (series), to which she added: "I don't know. It's too far off to say right now."

Lopez also confirmed her new album would have a "Jenny from the block vibe". She is referring to 'Jenny From The Block', a song from the olden days.
